This tight lash cam was originally designed for cirlce track cars with stock engines on short courses that needed maximum midrange torque. It is a mild camshaft with excellent throttle response and great economy for use in engines with stock or mildly ported heads and dual plane manifolds. 9:1 compression ratio or higher, shorty headers suggested. Manual or automatic transmission with 2000 rpm stall converter. We can also grind this cam on any LSA you want by request (call to order that way).
