Very mild camshaft, one step up from stock, with excellent throttle response and great economy. For use in stock or slightly modified engines running log manifolds in very heavy vehicles or heavy duty towing applications that need maximum low range torque. 7.5:1 compression ratio or higher. Unless you're at high altitude, over 9:1 is not suggested due to the early intake valve closing events. No aftermarket stall converter is required. Works with stock springs and stock EFI.
Please keep in mind that due to the additional stroke, any given camshaft in a 300" engine will have 300-500 rpm lower than in a 240" engine.
