These are a 'Stage 2' style grind, for use in stock to mildly modified engines wanting increased power and are willing to sacrifice some low end torque loss, and circle track cars requiring "unmodified" cams. Good bottom, midrange, and better top end power. Definitely our most popular grind for restricted race classes. Subtle chop at idle. Tuning is always suggested, but not required. Does not usually require shimming the hydraulic lash post. Stronger valve springs are not required.
