These are a 'Stage 3' style grind, but Hi-Lift for use in mildly modified to fully built engines with a ported head. Choppy idle. Tuning required. Stronger valve springs are required. Requires shimming the hydraulic lash post, usually a .040"-.050" shim. This is the largest regrind we can safely do on stock cores without causing geometry issues.
