These are a 'Stage 3' style grind, for use in mildly modified to fully built engines wanting strong top end performance for 'street/strip' cars and circle track cars allowing upgraded cams. Choppy idle. Tuning required. May require shimming the hydraulic lash post. Stronger valve springs are needed to get the most out of these cams, due to the increased revvs and more agressive ramp rates.
